Individual Psychotherapy – sessions are generally 50 minutes long.
Couples Therapy – couples therapy assists individuals in improving communication, defining expectations, setting aside time to achieve goals despite daily life pressures, resolve conflicts, coping with and understanding infidelity and building a strong working relationship.
Phone Therapy Sessions – phone sessions are generally 50 minutes long and are useful for individuals who frequently travel or do not live in near the area.
Group Psychotherapy – group psychotherapy offers an individual the opportunity to learn how they relate to others, establish new relationships, practice new behavior and learn effective communication skills.
Free Telephone Consultation – we offer free phone consultations to discuss your situation and answer specific questions without setting up a formal appointment.
Cognitive Therapy posits that it is our interpretation of events that leads to uncomfortable feelings and not the event itself. Specific cognitive therapy skills are learned in the context of a time-limited, supportive and collaborative relationship with your MCTC therapist.
